    The practical stuff.

    Do I need to provide photos or video?
    Yes — you supply the photos, video, offers, and testimonials, and I build branded layouts and captions around them. Photography, videography, and on-site filming aren't part of the monthly plans and are quoted separately.
    Which platforms do you post to?
    Each plan covers one platform — Instagram or Facebook, for example. Adding another platform is $75 a month.
    Do I get to approve posts before they go out?
    Always. You review every post first. Approvals within 48 business hours keep things on schedule — if one runs late, the post just moves to the next open slot.
    How fast do posts get made?
    Standard turnaround is two to three business days once I have your photos, offers, and any feedback.
    Can I cancel?
    Yes. Monthly plans are month to month and you can cancel any time. The paid pilot is credited toward your first month if you keep going.
    Do you reply to comments and messages?
    Not in the core plans — customer conversations stay with you, and anything sensitive (complaints, refunds, appointment changes) gets passed to you. Community management can be added and is quoted separately.
    Will this get me followers or sales?
    I can promise consistency and a steadily growing, professional presence — not specific follower counts, leads, or sales. Anyone who guarantees those is guessing.
